CMHA Regina branch is closing at 3:00pm on December 22nd for the Holiday break. We remain closed for the week of the 25th to the 29th, and open again at 9:00am January 2nd.

The More Joy Movement is all about granting yourself permission to experience the kind of joy you’ve been waiting for. We will be there offering a stress kit station, to help you during the times that you might need a little more joy.
