CMHA Regina members benefit from programs designed to help you grow and succeed regardless of your background.

CMHA Regina Memberships

Individuals who have a long-term mental illness may apply for club membership.  Individuals can be referred by caseworkers, doctors, family members or self-referrals.

An application process is required to identify individual needs and to ensure criteria is met.  Applications are then reviewed by the Membership Review Committee to establish if the individual’s needs would be met by the agency.

Membership benefits include unlimited access to CMHA Regina Branch drop-in center, pre-vocational activities, self-help groups and access to the YMCA.   Members can also benefit from our daily lunch program for a small fee, vocational programming and take part in volunteer opportunities that are available at the Club or be eligible for free tickets to community events.

To apply for membership, please contact us to set up an appointment.

Note:

Although we have resumed taking new applications for membership, newly issued CMHA Regina branch memberships will not include a gym pass for the YMCA.
