In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, attendance in the member’s club is restricted to a maximum of twelve members at a time. Appointments can be made to visit the member's club in the morning from 10:00 to noon, or in the afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00. Please call 306-525-9543 to schedule an appointment.

We are pleased to announce that CMHA Regina branch is now offering a Wellness Support Response phone line. The dedicated phone line can be reached at 306-535–4292. It will be answered by staff between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
